Great! — Ace is built to recognize that your best doesn’t look like everyone else’s. It doesn’t compare you to a generic standard — it compares you to you.
During the initial setup, Ace collects data over a 7-day (or custom) period to establish your unique baseline efficiency. Whether you thrive with high cortisol, unconventional sleep patterns, or your own performance rhythms, Ace learns your optimal zone and only flags when you’re operating outside of it.
You can also recalibrate your baseline anytime — so Ace grows with you, adapts to you, and always stays aligned with your version of excellence.
-
Ace collects only what’s needed for your readiness score: heart-rate variability, oxygen saturation, motion, and self-reported state. You always see your own full biometric data. Any organizational view is limited to a categorical readiness state — CLEARED, RECOVER, or ESCALATE — never your raw readings. During consented pilot validation, encrypted readings may sync to Ace's secured cloud so we can validate the scoring engine; that data is never sold, never shared, and is deletable on request.
-
Your personal baseline is established during the first 7 days of use. During this calibration period, Ace learns your unique biometric patterns — so your readiness scores are personalized to you, not population averages. After calibration, your scores become fully actionable.
