Ace Efficiency is the culmination of Kristy’s diverse and impactful experiences, blending her leadership in high-pressure environments with her passion for efficiency. As Miss Tennessee USA 2014 and a semi-finalist at the 2014 Miss USA pageant, Kristy has proven her ability to perform under pressure. She draws inspiration from her personal experience as a NICU mom, where she witnessed the critical role efficiency and performance play in healthcare. Her work with various military charities, having visited over 25 U.S. military bases through her work with the USO, further fueled her commitment to helping those in high-stakes environments. In 2015, she was honored as the USO Volunteer of the Year, alongside designer, Sherri Hill, reflecting her deep commitment to supporting our troops and their well-being.
Her husband Brandon’s expertise in dermatologic surgeries and her early academic achievements at Pine View School for the Gifted further shaped her vision for Ace Efficiency. Kristy’s journey has been guided by the belief, “To whom much is given, much is expected,” which fuels her drive to help professionals in high-pressure environments perform at their best.
